No refunds offered for in store or online purchases all items are custom ordered and will take estimated time as stated on the product page to arrive.

Shipping Policy

We ship from our warehouse in Brick, NJ once the furniture comes in Monday – Friday between 10 – 5 pm. We will setup all furniture when delivered unless stated RTA (Ready to Assemble by customer)

In-house Delivery

Prior to your delivery, please have the area cleared where your new furniture is to be placed. Please notify us if your new furniture needs to be carried upstairs over two stories there will be $50 charge per floor above two. Furniture will only be brought up stairs if there is a notification on your receipt. We assume no liability for inadequate delivery access. Storage fees will be added to invoice if merchandise has not been picked up or delivered within sixty days after notification of arrival of goods.

Customer Pick Ups

You may place your order on line or at our retail store and then picked up your items. Customers choosing to pick up their purchase are responsible for providing any needed padding and supplies necessary to secure their load. Storage fees will be added to invoice if merchandise has not been picked up within 14 days after notification of arrival of goods. Customer is responsible for assembly of any product that needs to be put together.

 

Cancellations

Once you place an order, we check to see that the product is available to the specifications you require, and that all of your shipping information is verified. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an online order that was placed, it must be done within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no orders will be elegible for cancellation. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it also cannot be cancelled.
